Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover/Novus cards are
generally accepted, as well as debit cards which bear the Visa or
Mastercard
logo. However, some of our suppliers do not accept American
Express or Discover/Novus. Please inquire regarding method of

Can I cancel my order?
Orders for package travel can be cancelled with penalites which begin
at $75.00 per person. However, pre-travel cancellation insurance is
often offered by our various suppliers for a nominal fee which,
depending upon the company, can cover any-reason cancellation or at
least medical/death reasons. Airline tickets which are not full-fare
tickets are non-refundable but can be changed for a $75.00 change fee

yet. How long do credits take?
We submit all requests for refunds promptly. Allow
6 to 8 weeks or two billing cycles for the refund. Back to Top
What happens if the item I ordered is
not available?
You will be offered a similarly priced airline ticket or vacation

How long will it take to receive my
order?
Itineraries and receipts for electronically-issued
airline tickets are mailed immediately. Paper-issued airline
tickets will be sent Federal Express to a physical address
immediately. Vacation packages are sent out via Federal
Express approximately two weeks prior to travel.

Can I have an order shipped to my P.O.
Box?
Yes. Although the vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via Fed
Ex, we can use the Postal Service's Express Mail. When delivering to
A.P.O., F.P.O. or foreign addresses, we
will send products by certified mail. Back to Top
Can I ship my order to a different
address?
Yes! When you place your order, just replace your address with the
address you want to ship your merchandise to, then continue. Remember
to use a street address,if possible, for any shipping address. Back to Top
How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges vary according to product type and destination. Most
products are shipped via Fed Ex (because they offer package insurance
and excellent tracking software). Select products offer an overnight
express shipping option. In most cases, this rapid delivery requires an
