How long do credits take?

We submit all requests for refunds promptly. Allow 6 to 8 weeks or two billing cycles for the refund

What happens if the item I ordered is not available?

You will be offered a similarly priced airline ticket or vacation package if available.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Itineraries and/or receipts for electronically-issued airline tickets are emailed on day of purchase. Vacation package documents are emailed after final payment (in most cases). Some vacation packages require mailing and will be sent out within two weeks of departure date.​

Can I mail my order to a different address? 

Yes. When you place your order, just replace your address with the address you wish your documents sent, including P. O. Boxes.​ 

Which credit cards do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover/Novus cards are generally accepted, as well as debit cards which bear the Visa or Mastercard logo. However, some of our suppliers do not accept American Express or Discover/Novus. Please inquire regarding method of payment.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders for package travel can be cancelled with penalites which vary per person. However, pre-travel cancellation insurance is offered by our various suppliers for a nominal fee which, depending upon the company, can cover any-reason cancellation or at least medical/death reasons. Airline tickets not purchased with a package can be voided within 24 hours of purchase. Airline tickets which are not full-fare tickets are non-refundable after the 24 hour window but most can be changed for a $200.00 change fee plus fare difference. Southwest currently does not charge a change fee but will require the addition of a fare difference. Basic Economy Fares are non-changeable as well as non-refundable.​
